The Smooth CE 3.0DS Elliptical is an easy-to-move, compact, versatile machine. This elliptical is perfect if you want to save space in your home.
This is a dual motion machine, meaning it offers 2-in-1 functionality with 2 workouts in 1 machine! In other words, this elliptical is not only an elliptical, but it is a stair stepper as well. It is no wonder this machine is one of the most versatile ellipticals on the market. It also has a 21″ stride length for easier, lengthier strides.
There are 16 built-in programs on this elliptical, here is the breakdown: Six Preset Programs, Four Heart Rate Control Programs, Four Custom Courses, One Body Fat Measurement, and One Manual Program. Wow, it does not seem possible to get bored on this machine. You will have so many workouts to choose from that will keep your workout diverse! There are many other features on this machine as well such as the water bottle holder, the wireless heart rate control, and a dual color LCD Display.
