Ellipticals With Games

Read Other Treadmills

ellipticals with gamesIt can be tough to keep yourself motivated to exercise, but it’s not impossible. A lot of people try out different tactics like building a laptop stand around their treadmill or putting a price on the snooze button so they are more motivated to wake up and be active. Likewise, some people might be motivated to exercise if they can play games while doing it.

Ellipticals are actually one of the better exercise machines for playing games. Because they are designed for you to have your hands on some kind of handle, the handles make for great spots for buttons. This is why games are much more common on ellipticals than they are on treadmills.

Most of the up-to-date treadmills and ellipticals come with iFit Live and even an iPod jack. Do not confuse these with game functionality. Sure, you could probably play a game on your iPod Touch or iPhone with the right iPod jack and holder, but it might be a hard with your hand flipping and flopping all over the place. It definitely wouldn’t make for a very successful game of Angry Birds. A lot of make the assumption that iFit means games. This is not so. iFit is just a collection of workouts that are supposed to help you get the most out of your machine. It’s more like a personal trainer than anything else. iFit Live now includes GoogleMaps so that you can “run anywhere”.

iFit and an iPod jack might not be enough for some of the more competitive athletes. So, for those of you that like to exercise your mind and your body at the same time, I bring to you A List of Ellipticals That Have Games.

About My Treadmill Reviews

TreadmillMy treadmill reviews are both subjective and objective. They are objective in the sense that I will provide you with information about each machine, such as motor, weight capacity and other features. But they are subjective in the sense that I am really giving my opinion of each treadmill. You may agree or disagree with my opinion, but my hope is that my elliptical and treadmill reviews can be helpful to you in making a decision on what to buy. Remember that each review is just what I think. You can always check out Treadmill Doctor, Treadmill Review Guru or these other treadmill reviews if you want another opinion.
